Let's Promote!

Our goal is to make this program as turnkey and simple as possible, but we do need a few items from you to create the promotional assets. We do not use stock imagery on social media or in email blasts if at all possible...people want to register for the event to see YOU! 

You will have your exact promotional schedule on your event spreadsheet. Our goal is to begin posting on social media 10 days prior to the event. This is dependent on having the correct credentials and assets. If we cannot begin promoting by 7 days before the event, we will need to reschedule. 

This is an important step in the success of your program! Please follow the information closely to provide us the few items we need. 

Please provide us the following items as soon as possible after booking your event:

1. Staged pictures/headshots. Please provide us some static images performing the treatment (can be staged) we are promoting for the event, headshots, group shots, etc. The more we have to work with, the better! 



2. Countdown Photos or Boomerangs. 3 days prior to the event we crank up the "FOMO" and start counting down the days to the event with a new reason each day to attend. This is where we really see the registrations come in so please don't slack on these! Have some fun!


Please provide us 4 images or boomerangs signifying 3 days, 2 days, 1 day and then the BIG DAY of the event. You can do this using the device, boxes of product, balloons, signs or even just fingers!

IMPORTANT TIPS: Please do not send pictures of applicators, or boxes, or fingers only. Your audience wants to see happy, smiling faces!

Please do not send edited pictures. We will take the images/boomerangs and create a graphic/video around the asset.
