I love this format! It is so easy to do, so comfortable as a provider to do what I do every day, answer questions! The pre-filmed portion is easy as well and step-by-step. Thank you for bringing this format to me as a provider. It is very helpful to do mass consultations for 100 people at a time!

We continue to come back because not only do we get a return on our investment, but they make the process very seamless, enjoyable, and easy. Many thanks to Summer and Randy for producing my RHA Filler virtual event. What a great opportunity to have a safe, online event during the pandemic. I met them in person when they guided me during the filming of the pre-recorded portion that was used in my virtual event. They put me at ease and filmed a very professional end-product. The pre-recorded videos included treatment demonstrations and a discussion about the filler I was using. Leading up to the event, Summer supplied plenty of graphics and verbiage for our social media and email blasts to draw attendees. She also got me ready to “go live” at the end of the virtual event to interact with my attendees. With their professional support, I was able to relax a bit and enjoy this new experience. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to elevate their videos for social media or a virtual event. The end result was impressive and certainly enhanced my brand reputation. We did a virtual Cool Event with AIG and it was our first time ever doing anything like it. They made it so easy every step of the way! We happened to be transitioning between EMR systems at the same time and things were a little hectic so we were running behind on our timeline, but when we didn't have all of our content turned in by the deadline they worked with us (not to mention giving us specifics on the content they needed and even some scripting for some of the videos). Once everything was submitted we just followed their outline of when and where to sign on and it was such a breeze. They answered all of our many, MANY questions and were so helpful. Cannot recommend enough!

The AIG team put together a very professional event that was a completely new experience for me & my clients; the feedback I received from clients was fabulous! I also received a playback link that was easy to send out to others who wanted to watch but were not available on my event day. Not only did I learn some helpful new marketing tactics through their process, they were kind and responsive with respect to any questions I had which I felt went above and beyond my expectation. I had to push my event date back (at least three times!) and even that they met with understanding. I feel I had personalized attention through the entire process and was again pleasantly surprised with receiving Summer's text messages while we were ramping up for the last few days of our event. All in all, I highly recommend AIG and I do plan to work with them again!

Just finished my first virtual event with AIG and we're signing up to do another! At first it felt awkward, supplying all the pics and doing all the videos without a lot of experience and not knowing how they would all be stitched together. But, it came together nicely and our attendee Q&A was fantastic. We had 38 virtual attendees, of which 24 checked Yes to be contacted for a consultation. After just 24 hours we have 4 new consults and 1 treatment scheduled. The spreadsheet that I didn't love in the beginning is now populated with all my registrant and attendee info along with the questions they asked during the virtual event. We've already contacted everyone with additional info and / or scheduling. I've never before turned interest into follow up within just 24 hours when doing my own events. Doing the second one will be a walk in the park now that we “get it”. Well worth the time and effort!
