How to Read Your Fall Event Data While It Is Still Warm

The data window closes fast. What you learn in the seven days after an event shapes the next one. Wait too long and the signal is gone.
The three signals worth reading fast
Registration source. Where did the strongest registrations come from. Email had a wide net but shallow intent. Text had a smaller net but sharper intent. Social carried patients who had never engaged before. Knowing which channel worked for this treatment tells you where to lean in for the next one.
Question themes. What did patients actually ask in the chat and Q and A. That is a live focus group most practices ignore. If three patients asked about downtime, patients you cannot see are wondering the same thing. Address it in the November announcement copy.
Drop off point. When did attendance thin. If patients left twenty five minutes in, the middle of the presentation was too long. If they left at the offer reveal, the offer needed better set up. If they stayed to the end, whatever you did in the last third worked.
Cold data is a report. Warm data is a decision. Use it while it is still warm.
What we do at AIG in the seven days after
By Wednesday we have a one page read on the three signals above. By Friday the practice has a decision on whether November is the same treatment sequel, a new category, or a partner co funded event. The signal is fresh. The decision is fast. The next campaign starts from a real answer, not a guess.
