What to Do the Monday After Your First Fall Event

The event went well. The team is tired. The temptation is to coast for a week. Do not. The Monday after is where the next event lives or dies.

Morning of. The tier list

By Monday morning your list of Hot, Warm, and Cool leads should already be sorted. If it is not, sort it before you touch anything else. Hot leads get a phone call from a named team member by noon. Warm leads get a text by close of business. Cool leads get the replay link and a soft touch by end of day.

Midday. The internal debrief

Twenty minutes with the team on three questions. What surprised us. What did the front desk hear on the phone. What is the one thing to do differently next time. Write it down. That note becomes the input for the November campaign.

Afternoon. The provider handoff

Consults will start booking today. The provider needs to know which patients came from the event and what treatment they asked about. Not every consult is the same. A patient coming from an event has already heard the pitch. Skip the pitch.

The Monday after is not a rest day. It is the highest leverage day of the campaign.

By Tuesday. The November plan starts

You have three or four weeks until the next event. That is the announcement window. Use Tuesday to lock the treatment, the giveaway, and the date. Do not wait until the following Monday. The consults from the first event will fill the practice's attention. If November is not decided by Tuesday, it will get pushed to a week you cannot afford to lose.
